When you submit a booking request, we collect your name, email, phone number, boarding point, destination, travel dates, passenger count, coach/seat preference, pickup and drop points, and any notes you provide.

We use this information to contact you, confirm seat availability, share pricing options, assign boarding points, and send your ticket/PNR.
How we store it
Booking requests are delivered to an admin email address (and optionally via WhatsApp). If you add storage later (CRM, spreadsheets, database), update this section accordingly.
Sharing
We may share relevant details with bus operators or transport partners only when needed to fulfill your booking.
Your choices
You can request deletion of your data by contacting the admin email shown in your booking response.
